We are proud to be partnered with the Texas Music Office as part of the Music Friendly Community program. Participation in the Texas Music Office's Music Friendly Community program provides Texas communities with a network for fostering music industry development, and sends a clear message to industry professionals that certified communities are serious about attracting and developing music industry growth.
As part of this designation, we have put together an advisory board made up of local music community industry stakeholders that meet regularly to discuss issues relating to San Marcos' music scene, as well as to plan and hold educational and networking events for the community.
