Whether hosting a sports tournament, festival, race, or river focused event, the SMCVB can help find the venue that is a perfect fit.

Photos may be requested and used for a variety of purposes, including program covers, event or tournament websites, and promotional pieces.

On-Site Collateral
Visitor brochures, coupons and maps are provided to enhance your participants’ experience in San Marcos.

Hotel Booking
A lead will be sent out for a hotel room block for your teams. 

Event Bags
Welcome bags are provided for events and tournaments generating San Marcos hotel room nights.

Transportation Coordination
Local coordination assistance for groups utilizing multiple San Marcos venues. Fees will vary.

Special Event Assistance
The SMCVB can assist you with ideas for special events and off-site venues and provide you with the necessary contacts. SMCVB funding may also be available for events and tournaments with verified hotel room nights.
