San Marcos CVB Services

ATTENDEE BAGS
Tote bags are provided for conferences and events that generate San Marcos hotel room nights.

ON-SITE COLLATERAL
Various visitor brochures' and customized maps are provided to enhance your delegates' experience in San Marcos. A tabletop display with literature stands featuring attractions and dining guide is also available.

WELCOME SERVICES
The SMCVB offers assistance in coordinating a welcome address from the Mayor of San Marcos, San Marcos City Manager, and/or other City Officials, as well as obtaining welcome letters for your conference book.

TRANSPORTATION COORDINATION
We offer local coordination assistance to groups utilizing multiple San Marcos hotels and the City of San Marcos Conference Center. Your RFP will be sent to area providers. Fees will vary.

SITE VISITS
Our staff will assist you with ideas for special events and off-site meeting venues. The SMCVB will also provide you with the necessary contacts who can help coordinate all of your event details at various venues.

ATTENDANCE BUILDERS
The more your group learns about San Marcos, the more they will look forward to your event. Customize one of our various templates to promote your event the year prior and leading up.

IMAGES
Photos may be requested and used for a variety of purposes, including program covers, event websites, and promotional pieces.
